Barbados Animal Flower Cave a Fun Family Adventure

Barbados animal flower cave is named after the marine anemones found within its tidal pools. They are marine plants that are very life like. To feed they open up like flower in bloom but if you touch them they coil back into a tight bud on a rock so you can hardly know they exist.

They live in pools in the cave but often get washed out in storms. They were very plentiful a decade ago, but today there are just a few specimen's left. Still the cave is well worth visiting for its cool places and its fascinating structures and colors. Nature is it own artist in these hidden places.
